Photofairs Shanghai 2025
Art On Space proudly debuts at PHOTOFAIRS Shanghai, honored to present selected works by Portuguese photographer Joao Miguel Barros and Danish photographer Anne Lass. With distinct cultural backgrounds and creative languages, the artists invite viewers into a visual narrative transcending geographical and emotional boundaries, offering Asia-Pacific collectors a unique opportunity to acquire works with conceptual depth and market potential.
At the 2025 Photofairs Shanghai, Art On Space also curated the theme “Body Without Organs", using Deleuze's philosophy as an anchor to present the image practices of four young Chinese artists: Boxuan Cen, Chuanduan Chen, Jiayi Chen and Wenwei Chen. They use photography as a medium to respond to the ambiguity of identity, the gaps between cultures, and the resilience and wisdom after the fragmentation of the field, weaving a contemporary narrative that spreads like a rhizome, intermittent and healing.

安空间首次参展上海PHOTOFAIRS，我们荣幸呈现葡萄牙摄影师João Miguel Barros与丹麦摄影师Anne Lass的精选作品。两位艺术家以迥异的文化背景与创作语言，邀请观者进入一场跨越地理与情感边界的影像叙事，为亚太藏家带来兼顾观念深度与市场潜力的收藏机遇。
除了两位重点艺术家，我们这次还将以主题策展《根茎割愈》，呈现四位中国年轻艺术家岑柏轩，陈川端，陈嘉屹，陈文蔚以多重自我表达的影像叙事，回应身份的模糊性、文化间的缝隙以及场域割裂后的韧性与智慧，展现如德勒兹根茎隐喻般的当代摄影语言。
