Huang Jingyao
Jingyao Huang is a visual artist currently based in
New York, USA, and Guangzhou, China.Her artistic practice centers on photography and extends to collage, installation, and site-specific projects. Through a semiotic analytical perspective, she redefines andreconstructs everyday photographic works to explore the significance of time and memory within lived spaces.
By materializing fragments of present memories from conscious spaceinto physical space, she examines the meaning and value of personal identity whileresponding to the echoes of environmental changes.
Her work reflects an acute awareness of contemporary surroundings and conveys her creative perspectivethrough various media.

黄静瑶是⼀位视觉艺术家，现常居美国纽约和中国⼴州，在纽约视觉艺术学院获得摄影与录影学⼠学位和纯艺术硕⼠学位。她的创作实践围绕摄影，并延伸⾄拼贴、装置和特定场地项⽬。她通过符号学的分析视⾓重新定义和⼆次创作⽇常摄影作品，探索时间和记忆在⽣活空间中的意义。她将当下的记忆碎⽚从意识空间实体化到物理空间之中，以探讨个⼈⾝份的意义和价值，并对周围环境变化产⽣的回响作出回应。她的作品展⽰了对当代环境的意识，并通过多种媒介传达其创作的观点。
